Tonights styling theme for CWS Simply The Best was Indian Tribe.  I am very familiar with the Navajo tribe, so I decided to do this one.  The Navajo Nation, with more than 250,000 members, is the largest U.S. Indian tribe.  The Diné, or "The People," as the Navajo call themselves, migrated to the Southwest from the North around the 15th century. They were first noticed by other peoples between the 14th and 15th century, between the Champa and upper San Juan rivers. The Navajo are well-known for their many crafts including weaving of blankets and rugs, silversmithing, and Sandpainting.
